PEARSON, Judge.

Maria Christina Infante appeals a judgment of conviction and the sentence of ten years in the State Prison for robbery. We affirm.

Appellant was charged by information with the crime of robbery. Pleas of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity, were entered. Plaintifff was adjudicated sane; she waived trial by jury and stood trial before the court. She was found guilty and after presentence investigation, she was sentenced. On this...
