Plaintiffs instituted this civil action in the Circuit Court of Webster County against the Gross heirs and the Sun Lumber Company, sometimes hereinafter referred to as Sun, to require specific performance, that is, delivery of a deed from the Gross heirs to plaintiffs conveying certain lands in Webster, Randolph, and Upshur Counties, West Virginia, and to cancel a deed for such properties from the Gross heirs to Sun Lumber Company as a cloud on title...
