ALBERT V. BRYAN, Circuit Judge:

A security interest under the Maryland Uniform Commercial Code1 in personal property of its debtor, with lien primacy therefor, was denied the appellant, First National Bank of Southern Maryland, by the District Court. Instead, priority of lien was accorded Mid-Eastern Electronics, Inc., appellee, under an attachment upon its judgment against this debtor. We uphold the decision.
