NELSON, Justice.

This is an application to have a writ of prohibition issued out of this court made absolute.

The issue set forth in the petition for the writ is a narrow one. Respondent plaintiffs, LeRoy Wasmund and Mrs. Geneva Wasmund, have brought an action against defendant relators, Earl Nunamaker and Jeanne Nunamaker, alleging that Mrs. Wasmund sustained permanent brain damage and damage to the nervous system in an automobile collision...
