This is a suit to enjoin the enforcement of an award made under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C.A. §§ 901-950. The facts are simple and undisputed. James D. McCollough, an employee of Levingston Shipbuilding Company, was injured while assisting in repairing a barge when feeding a sandblasting machine.
