Stauss, plaintiff below, recovered a district court judgment for damages on a claim arising out of the breach of a contract for the sale of a restaurant and bar (Chez Ami) to Ochsner and Aegerter, defendants below. Ochsner and Aegerter (purchasers) are here on a writ of error seeking to reverse the judgment of $11,974.07 awarded to Stauss by the trial court.
