HEFFERNAN, J.

The only question presented by the defendant on this appeal is whether there was sufficient evidence to support the trial court's finding of guilt. The defendant contends that the only evidence sufficient to convict him was that contained in a confession which he claims was elicited from him by threats and other coercion.
