Suit was commenced by plaintiff, Lena McKay, for injuries sustained when she tripped and fell over a mat located in the lobby of an apartment building operated by defendants wherein plaintiff was a tenant. Plaintiff's claims for damages include future medical expenses, surgical and hospital expenses.
