This is an appeal from the order of the court below striking a default judgment entered in favor of appellant, Products Corporation of America, against the appellee.

Appellant filed a complaint in assumpsit in Montgomery County seeking to recover $5,000 plus interest from appellee for materials allegedly furnished at Green Hill Apartments in said county. The complaint was properly endorsed and served on the appellee...
