SOBELOFF, Circuit Judge:

In a two-count indictment, the appellant, Joseph W. Pitt, was charged with the transportation and concealment of narcotics. A jury convicted him on both counts, and the court sentenced him to ten years on each, the sentences to run concurrently. Before trial, the court held a hearing on the defendant's motion to suppress the evidence seized in a search of the person incident to his arrest.
