Plaintiffs Barbara Ann Potter and Wilber Potter began this action to recover damages against defendant Finan, proprietor of the Sleepy Owl Kafe in Manistee county, following an automobile accident in which Mrs. Potter was injured. The collision was between her car and that of one Noel Shannon who had been a customer at the Sleepy Owl shortly before the accident.
