COOPER, Judge.

The plaintiff Jarvis W. Asbill has appealed from a jury verdict in favor of the defendant James C. Franklin, contending that the trial court erred "in admitting evidence of sick benefits" paid plaintiff by his employer and in failing to instruct the jury that the defendant was not to be given credit for the benefits so paid.
