Appellee, Karen Kraft, filed suit in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County against appellant, Ronald Horst, seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by appellee while riding in the appellant's automobile when the appellant collided with another vehicle. Appellant filed an answer which, among other things, averred that the appellee's claim was barred by an accord and satisfaction between the parties...
