This is a suit for personal injuries and property damages resulting from an intersectional automobile collision involving two cars. Plaintiff was the driver of one of those cars; defendant was the driver of the other. Defendant's answer denies negligence on his part and alternatively pleads contributory negligence on the part of plaintiff.
