McWILLIAMS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

This imbroglio has to do with a country road. Judge Turnbull held the appellees (the Solters) have a right to use it. Appellant1 (Mrs. Taylor) disagrees. Before the contentions of the parties can be brought into focus it is necessary to know something of the history of the land through which the road meanders.
