John H. Sutherland moves pursuant to Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C., for an order modifying certain injunctions entered in Civil Action No. 128-327. Defendants in that action, Hudson Foam Plastics Corporation, Hudson Foam Latex Products, Inc., Shuffman International, Inc., Hudson Cush-N-Foam Corporation, Oscar D.
