This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident occurring January 2, 1964, near the intersection of First Street and Aspen Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The plaintiff's car and the car driven by defendant Dean collided head-on when Dean crossed over into the plaintiff's lane of traffic.
