Creighton, Jr., as substitute trustee, for the use and benefit of said insurance company, to recover from Fuller the sum of $2,828.80 and to establish against all defendants an M & M lien as a first and superior lien upon 160 acres to a vendor's lien and deed of trust lien owned and held by the insurance company.
