A jury verdict has been returned in this action against the defendant, Iowa-Illinois Telephone Company (Iowa-Illinois), and judgment in the amount of $50,122.51 has been entered thereon in favor of the plaintiff, Homer Mayhew and against said defendant. Iowa-Illinois' motion to set aside the verdict and judgment, or in the alternative for a new trial, has been denied and the Court must now consider Iowa-Illinois' motion...
