This petition for review presents the question whether an attorney should be allowed a fee for representing a wage earner in a Chapter XIII Bankruptcy proceeding when one of the unsecured creditors filing a claim therein is an industrial loan company in which the attorney owns 1/3 of the stock, is a director and secretary-treasurer.

The creditor is Bankers Finance Company operating for pecuniary profit under the Georgia Industrial Loan...
