The defendants were jointly charged with two counts of grand larceny, namely, unlawful possession of two stolen cars. The defendants were found guilty as charged. They have appealed from their convictions.

The events taking place in the apprehension of the defendants and the investigation of the crimes charged are as follows: Prior to October 1, 1965, the Spokane police placed a garage at 4110 E. Sprague Avenue...
