This case for death benefits under the Workman's Compensation Act was instituted by Dona Brown, individually and as next friend for Laura Jo Brown and Billy Jack Brown, surviving widow and children respectively of W. A. (Dub) Brown, deceased. The latter lost his life between 12:00 and 1:00 o'clock p.m., on June 10, 1965, when his pickup truck collided with a Fort Worth & Denver train in Harold, Texas...
