DIMOND, Justice.

Appellant waived his right to indictment by a grand jury, entered a plea of guilty to an information charging him with embezzlement, and was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of from one to ten years. Nearly a year later appellant moved the sentencing court to vacate or set aside the sentence on the ground that his plea of guilty had been coerced by threats and promises of a state probation officer.
