Borowski, and Borowski's Inc. as owners of a retail flower business; (2) a determination of "the statutory liability" to the plaintiff of Johanna, Robert, and the defendants Sidney M. Bond and Paul H. Fitzgerald, as officers, stockholders, and directors of Borowski's Inc....
