Beardshear, deceased, brings writ of error from a judgment of the Probate Court of the City and County of Denver, allowing a claim of Jessie C. Beardshear, defendant in error here, in the amount of $1552.50 for attorneys' fees incurred by her while she was acting as Executrix of the aforementioned estate.
