This is a suit on a debt. The principal questions involved are whether it is reversible error to require the plaintiff to proceed to trial before the court without a jury in a case where a demand for a jury was made and the jury fee paid more than ten days prior to the day on which the case was set for trial, there being no waiver of the right to jury trial, but where the court directed a verdict for the defendant, and whether it is error to refuse...
