During the lifetime of Herman F. Haisch, he and his wife, Lillian Haisch, each owned an undivided one-half interest in the land which is the subject of this action.1 Since the death of Herman F. Haisch, his son, Herman F. Haisch, Jr., is the executor of his father's estate which is now being administered in the Probate Court of Shelby County...
