This is an original proceeding to review an award of the State Industrial Court in favor of the claimant for the death of her husband, William E. McLaughlin, under the death benefit provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act (85 O.S. 1961 § 22(7). Parties will be referred to as they appeared before the Industrial Court.
