Appellant was indicted by the October, 1965 Session of the Mobile County Grand Jury for the offense of buying, receiving or concealing stolen property. On November 23, 1965, he was arraigned in open court and counsel was appointed by the court to represent him. Appellant's arraignment was reset for November 30, 1965, at which time he was represented by his court appointed counsel and entered a plea of not guilty and reserved the right to file special...
