OPINION OF THE COURT

SEITZ, Circuit Judge.

This is a petition for enforcement under Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act of an order of the National Labor Relations Board ("Board") directing respondent corporation to bargain with Local 84, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America ("Union"). The order is based upon the Board's finding that respondent violated Section 8(a) (1) and (5) of the Act
