This is an appeal from a judgment maintaining a plea of prescription and dismissing plaintiff's suit against defendants Curtis Guidry and his insurer, Allstate Insurance Company. The appeal is limited to the question of prescription. There is no appeal by plaintiff from the judgment rejecting his demands and dismissing his suit against defendants Howard M. Radwin and his insurer. The merits of the case relating to liability and quantum of damages...
