This is an appeal by the executrix from a judgment entered in a second trial of the case, this time before the court, against the Estate of John L. Girvin on three items: (1) $966.40 for piping and duct work on decedent's gin, about which there is no argument, (2) $5867.80 for construction of a hull burner or incinerator and (3) $1922.80 for construction of a mote burner, and also against the estate on its counterclaim of $1342.21 for labor and fuel...
