This is an appeal by Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company from a judgment holding it liable on a policy on which it asserts it is not liable because of an exclusion in the policy.

Priscilla Harp is the wife of Eugene Harp and the daughter of Clyde Harrison, both of whom were co-defendants in the original action brought by Mrs. Harp for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident which occurred May 6, 1962. At the time...
