Defendant James Lee Dugan was found guilty by a jury of armed robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) and possession of a revolver capable of being concealed upon the person by one previously convicted of a felony (Pen. Code, § 12021). He appeals from the judgment of conviction entered upon the verdicts.
