This is a motion by the defendants for a protective order (CPLR 3103):

The action is for a judgment to declare invalid a July 13, 1965 amendment to the zoning ordinances of the Town of Pittsford, rezoning a parcel of land from "A" residential to "B" residential to permit the erection of a YMCA facility, not permissible under the former classification but allowable under the latter.
