Appellee, Joseph Szekely, receiver pendente lite for Braun's Buns, Inc., filed a complaint in assumpsit against The Abilene Flour Mills Company (Abilene), a Kansas corporation alleging that Abilene was doing business in Pennsylvania through its agent, Carl B.
