This is an original proceeding brought by the Special Indemnity Fund to review an order of the State Industrial Court awarding claimant, Walter T. Barnes, benefits as a physically impaired person within the provisions of the Special Indemnity Fund Act, 85 O.S. 1961, §§ 171-175.
