The plaintiff, Texas Gas Transmission Corporation, instituted this suit to expropriate a permanent right of way and two temporary rights of way on and across property owned by defendants, Dr. Robert J. Young, Jr., and Mrs. Beverly Young Craig, for the construction of a natural gas pipeline.
