This case requires the determination of the respective rights of the parties arising out of a contract providing for the sale and installation of a brick packaging machine known as the Signode Monorail. Suit was commenced on motion of the plaintiff brick company, the purchaser of the machine, filed in the Circuit Court of Baltimore County alleging negligence and breach of warranties on the part of defendant corporation.
