Plaintiff was a passenger in an automobile which was "rear-ended" by a vehicle belonging to defendant, Willet Wesley Wren, and obtained a $4,000 verdict and judgment in the damage suit that ensued. When that judgment became final, plaintiff caused summons of garnishment to be served on the defendant's insurer, M.F.A. Mutual Insurance Company, the garnishee herein.
