Alexander William Shoffner, Jr., was convicted of the crimes of armed robbery, arson, and burglary on his pleas of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. Those convictions were reversed by this court and the cause remanded for further proceedings. State v. Shoffner (1966),
