FORRESTER, Judge:

The respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's income tax for the year 1961 in the amount of $1,240.60. All of the issues save one have been resolved by the parties and such settlements will be reflected in the Rule 50 computation which will be made herein.

The sole issue remaining for our determination is the deductibility of an attorney's fee of $6,250 paid by petitioner in 1961.
