This is a workmen's compensation suit instituted by Mathew Burgess against Southern Casualty Insurance Company, the latter being the insurer of Heath Timber Company, Inc. Plaintiff seeks to recover workmen's compensation benefits based on total and permanent disability and the reimbursement of travel expenses incurred by him in connection with his medical treatment.
