This is a personal injury action wherein the jury returned a verdict for $13,000 against the defendants Cleodis Brown and W. & W. Trucking Company, a corporation. The defendant Brown did not appeal. The judgment against the defendant Trucking Company was appealed to the Kansas City Court of Appeals where it was affirmed.
