Kaiser and Mary Elizabeth Kaiser, the claimants herein, against the State of New York, for damages flowing from the personal injuries sustained by Mary Elizabeth Kaiser in an accident at Mt. Von Hoevenberg Bobsled Run on February 14, 1965.
