On the 6th day of July, 1966, Anthony Cacioppo filed suit against defendant, Warren A. Doll, alleging that he, Cacioppo, is the owner of the real estate bearing the municipal number 611 Decatur Street in the City of New Orleans and the brick building situated thereon; that Warren A. Doll is the owner of the adjacent vacant lot adjoining plaintiff's property which, at one time, was occupied by a building bearing the municipal number 613 Decatur Street...
