Defendant has appealed from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $1,200 plus attorney's fees of 25 percent.

The defendant Samuel Katz desired to sell two particular lots which he owned on Carrollton Avenue in the City of New Orleans. The plaintiff Charles J. Trapani, doing business as Trapani Realty Company, a licensed real estate broker, alleged that Mr. Katz engaged his services to procure a purchaser for one or both of these lots...
