Kirby Hart and his wife appeal from a judgment entered on a verdict returned in favor of plaintiff-respondent, the State Highway Commission of Missouri. The condemnation suit concerned partial relocation and improvement of Supplementary State Highway Z in Texas County where it traversed the twenty or twenty-five acres belonging to the Harts. 1.45 acres of appellants' land were taken for highway purposes and a river channel control easement was acquired...
