This is an appeal by each of the appellants from convictions of murder in the first degree.

In an information filed in Los Angeles on August 31, 1962, Arnold McClellan, Willie Ford and Henry Peter Bumpers were charged with murdering Joseph Palmer on July 6, 1962.
