Petitioner, Danner Press, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as either Petitioner or Danner Akron), seeks review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board. The Board's decision and order are reported at 153 N.L.R.B. No. 87. The Board, adopting the findings of the Trial Examiner, found that Danner Akron violated Section 8(a) (5) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by refusing to bargain with the Union1
